UTS Enterprise Bargaining update

The end is in sight for Enterprise Bargaining at UTS!

The CPSU NSW, alongside your branch bargaining team, has created a slideshow which includes key outcomes such as the UTS pay offer, leave matters (including gender affirmation leave), Indigenous employment targets, Indigenous cultural leave, provisions relating to flexible working arrangements and superannuation.

The CPSU NSW would love your feedback. Please see the union’s slideshow HERE which goes through the key outcomes of the bargaining process.

The union will send out a text message in coming days with a survey. We would really appreciate input from all members in relation to their views on endorsing this agreement or not. The link in the text will lead to one simple question and a comment box if any member has anything to add.

Please take the time to complete the survey to assist the CPSU NSW and your hardworking bargaining team in determining what the majority of the membership about the university’s latest offer. Remember – this is your Enterprise Agreement, and so is important that you’re happy with what has been put on the table.
