Enforceable Undertaking

On 21 December 2023 the CPSU agreed to a set of enforceable undertakings with the Fair Work Commission as a result of contraventions of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (Cth) by one of its Branches.  Those enforceable undertakings can be found HERE

As Branch Secretary for CPSU (SPSF Group) New South Wales Branch, I can assure all members of the Branch that all its officials have been elected in accordance with the relevant rules and the Act.
