URGENT UPDATE: CPSU NSW hits Livebetter with dispute over employment arrangements for transferred FACS staff

The CPSU NSW has received information today that LiveBetter has offered transferred FACS (ADHC) staff new contracts of employment.

Do not sign the contracts.

The CPSU NSW has written to Livebetter to notify them of an industrial dispute in relation to the company’s to consult with the Union in relation to its proposed employment arrangements for transferred staff following the 6 September expiry of the Community Living Award. The email requests that the offer be signed, witnessed and returned to HR by cob on Monday 22 August 2022.

  1. You cannot be coerced into signing a contract
  2. You should be given an opportunity to seek advice and reasonable time to consider the offer
  3. It is your right to seek advice from your Union.
