CPSU NSW Member Survey: Have Your Say on Enterprise Bargaining at NSWALC

CPSU NSW Member Survey Have Your Say on Enterprise Bargaining at NSWALC – March 2020 (pdf version)

As you are probably aware, the current NSWALC enterprise agreement reaches its nominal expiry shortly, and we want to hear from you. Click HERE for a copy of the current enterprise agreement.

We have put together a short survey to gauge your priorities and interests as we begin the process of bargaining with NSWALC for a new agreement.

The Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU NSW) approached NSWALC late last year to discuss negotiation arrangements and protocols. To accommodate staff, leave over Christmas and New Year, we agreed to delay bargaining until February 2020.

Understandably however the NSWALC has spent much of the intervening period focussed on assisting communities effected by an unprecedented bushfire season across NSW, and we have supported the Council in this important work.

In saying that, we are mindful of the need to make a new agreement for NSWALC staff and we have again written to the Council to confirm timeframes. We now expect to commence a formal bargaining process in early April 2020. Click HERE for a copy of the Council’s response to our enquiries
