BECOME A HUNTER TAFE PSA/CPSU DELEGATE!

Nominations are now open for the following positions to represent members at University of Newcastle:

• Campus Delegate;
• Chairperson;
• Vice Chairperson;
• Secretary;
• Assistant Secretary;
• Women’s Officer; and
• Toolstore Contact

As a delegate or other representative, you’ll be involved in:

• Setting the collective targets and objectives ofthe Workgroup;
• Promoting the values and advantages of unionmembership in your workplace;
• Maintaining regular contact with members;
• Recruiting new members with the aim ofobtaining 100% union membership;
• Participating in negotiations with Hunter TAFEmanagement to advocate on behalf ofmembers;
• Assisting members with grievances and other issues which members wish to take up with management.

All delegates to the Workplace Group will be given free training by the PSA in your role, as well as ongoing support from your union.

All financial members of the PSA/CPSU are welcome to nominate
Nominations are open until 5:00pm 18th November.
