Disability Workers are Worth Every Cent.

There has never been a more important time for NSW Disability Support Workers to have a strong union behind them.

With much of the employees coming off the Copied State Awards that have protected existing pay and conditions, the sector is about to commence Enterprise Bargaining as unions and employers negotiate new employment arrangements.

Without a strong union stating their case, Disability Support Workers would be at the mercy of employers who are already looking to cut roles, reduce pay and slash conditions

This is why the CPSU NSW is working hard for Disability Support Workers demanding they receive every cent of the pay and conditions they deserve.
