ConnectAbility statewide member meeting – roster cycle changes

The CPSU NSW is aware of recent communication from ConnectAbility regarding the transition from a 4-week to a fortnightly roster cycle in the Community Living business unit. This proposed change must be subject to consultation with the Union.

To ensure your voice is heard, we have scheduled two online meetings via Microsoft Teams for all ConnectAbility members.

These sessions are an opportunity for members to:

• Discuss the proposed roster changes
• Share concerns and feedback about employer communications
• Ask questions about your rights under the SCHADS Award
• Understand the consultation requirements for changes to rosters, work locations, and contracted hours
• Connect with your Union representatives and each other.
