The CPSU NSW has been informed that once again, your pay rise has not made it to the Expenditure Review Committee (ERC). This is not acceptable.
Your union has had enough of being fobbed off and pushed off the ERC agenda.
We are yet to see the outcome, even though the CPSU NSW has had multiple assurances from TAFE NSW and multiple levels of government that the increase is being considered.
We have written to the Fair Work Commission and TAFE NSW to arrange an urgent extraordinary meeting as a last-ditch attempt to sort this out before pulling out of the Interest Based Bargaining process.
We want decision makers at the table, including a Treasury Representative, to tell us what is going on and when this will be approved.
Staff have waited long enough! We want action!
