Members would also be aware that we are currently bargaining with SERCO Australia for a new enterprise agreement. Initial meetings were held on Wednesday and Thursday last week, and we will meet again with the company this coming Friday (28 February 2025). We will provide a further update on developments in those negotiations later in the week.
