CPSU NSW Organiser Ian Braithwaite will be visiting sites of Coal Services (CSPL) to meet with members from Coal Mines Insurance and Health discussing the upcoming Enterprise Agreement Negotiations.
The CPSU-NSW will be visiting the following sites on the following days.

The CPSU NSW recently asked members to complete a survey with what they would like in the Log Of Claims that will be tabled at the negotiations. The responses have been received and collated. We would like to get a further understanding of the responses from the broader membership at the meetings.
We encourage those that are not members to join the CPSU NSW HERE prior to the meetings and come along and have your say to your agreement and your working rights and conditions moving forward.
The CPSU NSW is also requesting any members that want to sit at the negotiations table to speak with Ian at the meetings so that we can formulate our negotiating team with representation from each area of CSPL Pty Ltd.
Once our team has been finalised the CPSU NSW will advise CSPL.
We will meet with CSPL on the 8 May 2024 for our inaugural negotiation meeting and discuss the process moving forward.
