The union was formally advised by the Fair Work Commission that the Clarence Correctional Officers Enterprise Agreement 2021 was approved. It will be in force 7 days after approval, which means that it takes effect this Friday. You can access a signed copy of the EA here.
Congratulations to every member who fought hard to see this EA become a reality. It was a long, hard fight, but it was this fight that ultimately resulted in the first CCO EA.
