Covid-19 vaccination update

From 9 September 2021, all disability support workers who live or work in an area of concern are required to have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, or have evidence of an appointment for vaccination before 19 September 2021 before entering their place of work.

Upon request, they must be able to provide their employer with evidence of their vaccination status or appointment.

From 20 September all disability support workers who live or work in an area of concern can only attend work if they have had at least 1 dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or evidence of a medical exemption.
