The CPSU NSW is aware that many members are required to regularly work ADD Hours each roster. However, when they have requested a permanent increase in their hours this has been knocked back by management.
Therefore, your union has developed the following ADD Hours survey to give us the information we need to start a campaign around underemployment in the disability sector: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ADDHoursDisability
