The CPSU NSW met with Northcott last week and requested documentation regarding the role of the service coordinator. Subsequently, based on further input from members, the union has also requested copies of all role descriptions, and pre and post restructure organisation charts.
Northcott have not provided any of the requested documents and are not complying with their obligation to consult. As such, the union has requested an additional two weeks of consultation.
