The Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU NSW) will meet with representatives of SERCO Australia over two days this week as bargaining for a new enterprise agreement gets underway in earnest.
Following extensive consultation with Clarence Correctional Centre staff, the CPSU NSW tabled a formal log-of-claims on SERCO Australia on 7 February 2025 with an emphasis on improving remuneration and employment arrangements for all staff.
