Following our last member meeting, the Union and Mercer met last Friday 14 February 2025. During negotiations, Mercer put forward a wage increase of 3.25 per cent (plus 1.5 per cent for performance based pay) for each year over two years (the life of the proposed agreement).
An online member meeting will be held at 12pm Wednesday 19 February 2025 to discuss the wage offer. Members can also join the meeting in person at the Wollongong office on level 8, room 8.06 (the Zoom Huddle Room).
