The PSA CPSU NSW is always looking at improving operations, increasing the value provided for members and using the most up-to-date measures to protect your financial information and data. Therefore, we will soon move to a new internal membership system, utilising a new payment gateway provider.
One of the driving factors in the decision to change payment providers is to seek a more cost-effective method which better utilises your member fees and allows us to streamline our processes.
We will still be utilising a PCI DSS Tier 1 Certified Service Provider. This means your credit card details are tokenised and not kept on the system for added protection. As a result, the identifying number used by PSA and the financial institution processing your fees will change.
Rest assured your fees remain the same and you do not need to do anything.
The last scheduled direct debit run with our old provider will be on 24 October 2024.
The first scheduled direct debit run with our new provider will be on 7 November 2024.
If you currently pay your fees via credit card there will be a change of processing date from the 7th of every month to the 1st of every month beginning 1 December 2024. This does not affect your fees, it aligns your payment with your period of membership coverage.
Thank you for your continued support as a member of this union.
