CPSU NSW to kick off bargaining for the next Enterprise Agreement for Clarence Correctional Case Officers

The SERCO Clarence Correctional Case Officers Enterprise Agreement is due to expire on 3 March 2025. CPSU NSW will soon meet with SERCO bargaining representatives to start bargaining for the next Enterprise Agreement.

The CPSU is seeking to understand what conditions members would like to see included and /or changed in the new agreement. In preparation, the CPSU NSW has compiled a survey for members to contribute to a Log of Claims. The survey is an opportunity to voice your ideas which will be incorporated into a Log of Claims which will be tabled and served on the employer as part of the bargaining process.

The CPSU would like to see your wages and conditions come closer to industry standards and in order to bridge that gap we will need to be strong on the ground and united. The survey is for members only, however the CPSU NSW encourages all workers to join the Union to achieve better outcomes at the bargaining table.
