Merry Christmas from the PSA CPSU NSW

From the PSA CPSU NSW Executive, Central Council, Staff and Delegates, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Prosperous, Unionised New Year.

We are drawing to the close of a year that has proven the power of a strong, united union.

This year we received our biggest pay rise in 20 years.

Thousands of our members working in schools are enjoying their summer break knowing finally they have a permanent role to go back to.

Prison Officers know the experiment with private gaols is over.

Our members working for the Public Prosecutor have had their relentless overwork acknowledged.

School Psychologists will win the same pay increase as School Counsellors.

Court Officers have received a substantial pay upgrade.

The Industrial Relations Commission has returned to its rightful role determining your wages and conditions.

These, and countless other wins, both big and small, are the result of unionists working together.

For those of you taking time off, enjoy your break. You’ve earned the time to relax with family and friends.

For those of you continuing to work through the shutdown, the people of NSW thank you for your efforts in keeping our state keeping our state safe and running.
