The CPSU NSW is delighted to receive the news that the new The University of New South Wales (Professional Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2023 has been voted up with a YES vote of 98% of Professional Staff who voted.
In welcome additional news, UNSW has stated that it will implement the first pay increase from 1 September 2023.
Pay increases:
Rate of Increase | Increase payable from first full pay period on or after |
6% | 1 September 2023 |
3.5% | 1 July 2024 |
3.5% | 1 July 2025 |
4% | 1 July 2026 |
The CPSU NSW Bargaining Team wishes to thank all members for their patience in what has been a lengthy and exhausting round of bargaining.
We will now prepare our documentation for the approval of the enterprise agreement in the Fair Work Commission.
