TAFE NSW Update – Pay Increases

The CPSU NSW has received numerous enquiries on when a pay rise will be passed onto TAFE NSW staff.

The TAFE and CPSU NSW are currently in enterprise bargaining, assisted by the Fair Work Commission.

The TAFE have offered the public sector pay rise of 4 per cent salary increase with a 0.5 per cent superannuation increase.

With the nominal expiration date of 18 September 2023 for the current TAFE Commission of NSW Administrative, Support and Related Employees Enterprise Agreement 2022 looming,  TAFE NSW have indicated that any pay increase will be implemented after the new EA has been approved by the Fair Work Commission and comes into effect.

We will update members in the status of bargaining at the all members meeting to be held on 28 August at 12pm – link below.
