The Northcott Enterprise Agreement 2021-2023 Clause 19 Pay Rates provides for a minimum wage increase in the pay rates. Please see the last bulletin update HERE.
The CPSU requested the Fair Work Commission (FWC) decision to increase all award rates by 5.75 per cent pay is applied to Northcott staff.
A pay review was undertaken, and the following increases were determined to be appropriate from 6 July 2023 onwards:
This increase was not applied to some new starters, recently promoted staff, or certain employees on grandfathered rates of pay.
