Tell us what you think: CPSU NSW survey for Aruma employees

For the past couple of weeks, CPSU NSW activity across Aruma has intensified. Anthony Wright, Industrial Officer, has made more than 80 visits to Aruma group homes across the state.

Prior to the site visits, the CPSU NSW set up a survey for MSLs and MCs working in Aruma. All MSLs and MCs are invited to participate in the survey regardless of CPSU NSW membership. We’d love to hear your views on your roles now that the restructuring of Aruma has been in place for a while.

The main aim of the CPSU NSW survey is to get your frank and honest feedback about your experiences in these roles.

We are seeking your views on the new roles, along with any challenges you face in performing your duties. Suggestions for improvement are also welcome as part of the survey which contains ample opportunities for you to make comments.

Responses have been received and if you’ve already completed the survey, thank you for your time. The survey will assist your union during Enterprise Bargaining, along with the other consultative mechanisms in place with Aruma as your employer.

Remember, all responses are confidential and CPSU NSW will only share sanitised de-identified data with Aruma.

The survey is still open and if you would like to participate and provide feedback, please complete the survey by clicking HERE.
