CPSU NSW – Aruma MSL/MC survey 2023
Now that the restructuring of Aruma has been embedded for some time, the CPSU NSW is conducting a survey of MSLs and MCs across the organisation.
The main aim of this survey is to consult with you and get your frank and honest feedback about your experiences in the roles. We are seeking your views on the new roles, along with any challenges you face in performing your duties. Suggestions for improvement are also welcome as part of the survey which contains ample opportunities for you to make comments.
The survey will assist your union during enterprise bargaining, along with the other consultative mechanisms in place with Aruma as your employer.
