CPA management has provided an indicative timeline. Dates and the activities follow:

10 January 2023

CPA will circulate contracts to affected employees. As part of the package, affected employees will also receive elections forms for:

  • Salary packaging options; and,
  • Leave cashing out options.

27 January 2023

Completed contract, salary packaging and leave cashing out forms by affected employees wishing to accept offers of ongoing employment with CPA under the new arrangements to be lodged.

This will allow for CPA pay systems to be adjusted as per employee nominations.

CPSU NSW members are welcome to contact any of the bargaining team members with feedback or questions moving forward.

The CPSU will continue to produce bulletins as bargaining commences in earnest.

The next meeting regarding transitional arrangement will be held on 16 January 2023.

Seasons Greetings!
