At our December meeting we discussed plans for the coming year, including our commitment to being a more issue-based and active group.
President Nicole Jess gave an update which included reference to the upcoming March 2023 State Election and discussion about current industrial challenges.
Kym Ward, Manager of Member Services and Governance, gave an update about the added benefits of being a member of the Retired Associates. Kym confirmed the following benefits are available:
Further details about each of these benefits can be found on the PSA and CPSU NSW websites: www.psa.asn.au and www.cpsunsw.org.au. Confirmation of this wide range of benefits is great news for Retired Associates and will reduce cost of living pressures. Please spread the word so more Retired Associates can access these benefits.
The first meeting for 2023 will be held on Tuesday, 13 February 2022. Central Council will also be meeting on this date at a venue in western Sydney. Details of the time and venue will be provided nearer to the date.
Best wishes to all Retired Associates for the Festive Season.
