Alicia Pearce, a doctoral researcher at UTS Law, is recruiting CPSU NSW elected workplace union representatives, as well as diversity practitioners, at all universities to participate in a survey and interviews. Her research investigates the regulation of workplace sexual harassment in Australian universities. She is seeking to understand how interventions are created and how they work in practice, with an explicit aim of supporting complainant access to justice.
The survey will take approximately 25 minutes and can be accessed HERE.
The survey will be open for responses until 30 September 2022. Follow up interviews will take place in November-December 2022 and there is an opportunity to express interest in participating at the end of the survey.
