Last week, TAFE sent a copy of the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) to all employees covered by both the TAFE Commission of NSW Administrative, Support and Related Employees Enterprise Agreement (TAFE Admin EA) and the TAFE Commission of NSW TAFE Managers Enterprise Agreement (TAFE Managers’ EA). This means the bargaining process for both Agreements is set to commence.
The CPSU NSW has already emailed to all members a survey regarding their EA, the basis of which will form our log of claims for negotiations. However, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you to fill out a copy of the survey if you haven’t already done so.

The CPSU NSW is the default bargaining representative for union members covered by both EAs. If you want to have a say regarding the direction of the CPSU NSW during the negotiation process, it is important that you join the union. You can join the CPSU NSW HERE.
