Your union has commenced Interest Based Bargaining with Forestry Corporation of NSW (FCNSW). We have discussed what we would like to see improved/changed in the Enterprise Agreement in the form of interests.
So far there have also been presentations which have addressed the overall business and financial situation as well as Hardwoods, Governance and Assurance, and Fire Management.
At the last meeting, Work Hour Arrangements was the topic of discussion which will be further explored on 14 and 15 March.
