Your CPSU delegates and Industrial Officials and the Mercer People and Culture Team met recently in the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) to discuss a range of issues.
COVID and Return to Office
Mercer gave an update on the Return to Office plans, noting there is no move to force colleagues back into the workplace. Anyone who wants to attend the office will need to put in an application and provide proof of vaccination. As COVID-19 in an ongoing issue, the Return to Office will be revisited in the New Year.
Restructures
Mercer noted it intends to restructure the Document Management Unit (DMU) and that discussions have been occurring locally on the process. We are holding a members’ meeting to discuss any issues members have. Details are below.
