The CPSU has received a number of enquiries from members regarding Aruma’s plans to restructure it’s business operations, including supported independent living services.
The CPSU met with representatives from Aruma on 19 July 2021 and preliminary discussions were held. We anticipate more detailed information will follow in the next few days.
Aruma have given us assurances it will engage in a genuine consultation process with staff and their Unions.
The CPSU will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
