Yesterday, the Fair Work Commission approved the proposed Benevolent Society Enterprise Agreement. This is subject to the undertakings provided by The Benevolent Society as described in our recent bulletin which can be viewed HERE. The Agreement will become effective from 19 July. The CPSU NSW will now be scrutinising the implementation process to ensure members receive all of their entitlements. We will keep members updated as this process unfolds.
