Our Enterprise Agreement (EA) expires at the end of June this year.
The CPSU NSW Bargaining Team invites all Professional Staff at Southern Cross University to a meeting to discuss the EA and how we will work with members to protect our pay and conditions at 12:30pm Wednesday 16 June. You can REGISTER HERE.
Many staff have raised concerns that the conditions detailed in our EA may be under threat by the new University management. Some of the issues we will be discussing include workloads, reasonable pay rises, better consultation about workplace change, better protections against sexual harassment at work and better rights for casual conversion to permanent work.
The CPSU NSW is the union for Professional Staff in universities. We only cover Professional Staff and will always put Professional Staff interests first.
