CPSU NSW Member Bargaining Survey

PDF version

Over the past year the CPSU NSW has been working hard to bargain with NSW Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) management. This hasn’t been an easy process. However, due to the hard work of the union, and individual representatives, the CPSU NSW and NSWALC management have been able to form the draft Enterprise Agreement (EA).

You have now had the chance to read the draft EA and attend a variety of meetings on it, and the CPSU NSW has heard your feedback in relation to the document. From this feedback, we have created the following survey to gather the data required to present to management. Please note that this is not a vote on whether or not the union supports or does not support this EA. Rather it will be used to take back to management. If we do need to go to a vote on the current EA, the CPSU NSW, as a fully democratic organisation, will come back to you to determine our position prior to the vote and run a campaign based on that position.

Please fill out the survey below; it will take about 15 minutes. The CPSU NSW is aware many of you have already provided us with your feedback, which we do appreciate, and will be including with our meeting with management. However, this survey is a very effective way to do so, and we implore you do fill it in to the best of your ability. While this data will be presented to management, it will be de-identified.

This survey is only open to CPSU NSW members. However, feel free to share it with your colleagues to point out the importance of joining – that they truly get to influence the union.
