The CPSU NSW is considering a legal challenge to the validity of the Northcott Enterprise Agreement that slashes the pay and conditions of transferred FACS staff.
Our advice suggests that casual staff may have been incorrectly excluded from the voting roll or otherwise not made properly aware of their voting rights.
