Last week your newly elected CPSU NSW Delegates Council met for the first time both in person at PSA House and via Microsoft Teams.

The new delegates bring to the table over 100 years of collective experience working for TAFENSW.  To those newly elected workplace delegates, a special welcome.

As part of the first quarterly meeting of the newly constituted DC a vote was held to determine the new executive leadership team.

We wish to congratulate the following on their successful nominations:

• Deputy Chairperson – Liz Garlick
• Secretary – Nicholas Wright
• Vice Secretary – Stephen O’Brien

Your 27 elected delegates each will serve a two-year term, supporting members in the workplace, addressing broader industrial issues, including continuing to meet with TAFE NSW to negotiate on workplace policies as part of the Interest-Based Consultative Committee (IBCC).
