CPSU NSW member survey: Have your say on enterprise bargaining at Northcott

Survey – June 2020 (PDF version)

As you would know, Northcott has initiated enterprise bargaining.

This will affect most, if not all, non-executive Northcott employees, including staff transferred from the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS).

The intention is to bring all employees under a single common enterprise agreement, rather than the mixed arrangements currently in place.

For information on enterprise bargaining click HERE to hear from our Branch Assistant Secretary, Troy Wright.

Contribute to the process

The CPSU NSW represents hundreds of Northcott employees. To do this effectively in bargaining, we NEED to hear from YOU.

How can you tell the CPSU NSW what matters most to you?

The CPSU NSW has developed a bargaining survey we’re asking members to complete. It won’t take long, and will enable to make sure we prioritise the things that matter most to you.

Click HERE and enter your membership number to complete the survey.

You can also contribute by joining the CPSU NSW Zoom meetings on 18 June 2020. These meetings will allow you to share your views and ask our industrial staff any questions you have about the enterprise bargaining process.

If you would like details for those Zoom meetings you can click HERE.
