The first case management conference was held with Justice Katzman on Monday 17 February 2020 in the Federal Court of Australia.
Justice Katzman has issued Orders for the progression of the matter including mediation by a Registrar of the Courts by no later than 17 March 2020. This will be the first step of the process.
Justice Katzman provided further dates for the filling of information, statement sand evidence with a date of hearing set for 7 September 2020.
The CPSU NSW will be contacting some members who were transferred Team Leaders and are now working as Service Coordinators to obtain affidavits, statements and evidence. The members who provide this detail will be required to be witness in the Federal Court proceedings.
