The CPSU NSW continues to fight some of the changes Northcott intends to implement to Team Leaders and DSWs.
The matter has been lodged with the Federal Court of Australia with the first Case Management Hearing to be held on 17 February 2020.
Our legal team worked hard over the holidays to have the matter lodged in the Federal Court in the hope to have it heard in a timely fashion.
As more information becomes available, we will endeavour to get it out to you.
