Flex: the key to a strong workplace

Flex the key to a strong workplace

Flex: the key to a strong workplace is the campaign that the CPSU NSW, your union, has launched for all university professional staff across NSW. You may have seen an email that went out a few weeks ago asking you to fill in a survey. If you haven’t done it yet, now is a perfect time – it only takes 5 minutes and is strictly confidential. It will close on the 31st of October, so make sure you do it now so you don’t forget!

This survey is going to determine what way the campaign works. As a strongly democratic organisation, we want to make sure we’re representing you and fighting for what you want, and this is one of the ways we ensure that. In order to make sure we are best representing you, this survey is only open to members at this time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your local Higher Education Representative Councillor –
