The Benevolent Society has written to staff confirming plans to introduce a proposed “new operating model for Disability Services”.
The CPSU NSW received advice on Tuesday afternoon that TBS would provide the union with formal notice of the proposed changes but, as of the afternoon of Wednesday 10 April, nothing has been forthcoming.
The CPSU NSW will make representatives available for the meetings and will endeavour to have representatives at each location to assist staff. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
Currently, your existing conditions of employment are guaranteed until at least 31 July 2019 and will remain enforceable until legally varied in accordance with Fair Work Act 2009.
