On February 26 2019, the scope order hearing proceeded in the Fair Work Commission (FWC).
The Hearing was supposed to be a one-day hearing. However, due to the amount of evidence the hearing was unable to be finished in the one day. As such the hearing will continue and be heard before the FWC again on 18 March 2019.
