Save The State. Change The Government

Save The State. Change The Government – February 2019 (PDF version)

What shape would NSW be in without our public services?

Over the past eight years in NSW, the state government has sold off nearly $70 billion worth of our public assets. We all know that a re-elected Berejiklian Government will continue their privatisation agenda.

Education in NSW is suffering. TAFE has been gutted and our public schools and universities need more investment for the sake of our children, young people and those wanting to further their skills.

Cutbacks to staff are starting to bite. Our national parks have been neglected, privatised disability services are struggling and public services have been scaled back.

Meanwhile, money is being funnelled to new football stadiums, unwanted and over-budget transport projects and privatised road networks.

The NSW state election is less than six weeks away. If we want to protect our jobs and secure the future of services in NSW, we must make our votes count on Saturday March 23.
