University of New England member bulletin

We understand our colleagues in the NTEU will be taking industrial action tomorrow.

While we fully support their right to strike, and appreciate their frustration with the lack of progress in enterprise bargaining, the CPSU NSW is not participating in action.

We recognise UNE has recently approved a 1.5% administrative increase in salaries and believe, in that context, further good faith negotiation is the appropriate approach at this time.
