It has been brought to the attention of the CPSU NSW (PSA) that a document has been distributed by Australian Unity “Agreement to participate in on call and out of hours support”.
The CPSU NSW would like to inform members that this is not part of the conditions that transferred with them in their Crown Employees (Homecare Service of New South Wales – Administrative Staff) Award 2012.
As there is no clause in your Award in regards to on call and out of hours support the request for you to sign this document and participate is purely on a voluntary basis.
Australian Unity has not consulted with the CPSUNSW in regards to this change in your working conditions.
