Cerebral Palsy Alliance – Workplace Surveillance Policy

Cerebral Palsy Alliance – Workplace Surveillance Policy – March 2018 (PDF version)

The CPSU NSW have been made aware that members who have been forcibly transferred to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance have been presented with a policy relating to workplace surveillance.

The CPSU NSW considers the Workplace Surveillance Policy of Cerebral Palsy Alliance to not apply to its members. We have written to Cerebral Palsy Australia to notify them that the CPSU NSW considers this policy to not apply to its transferred members.

In notifying the Cerebral Palsy Alliance the CPSU NSW have requested to arrange a meeting to consult on the Workplace Surveillance Policy in accordance with Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment Reviewed) Award 2009, but also to establish a consultative committee.

If you have any concerns relating to the transfer to Cerebral Palsy Alliance please contact your delegate or your Union the CPSU NSW on .
