In the lead up to the next round of enterprise bargaining, your union, the CPSU NSW will be holding regular meetings to collectively put forward what members would like to see improved in the enterprise agreement.
Given the nature of enterprise bargaining currently throughout the sector, it is vital we come together at this time to work towards improving our working conditions and pay.
Your involvement as members will help to strengthen our position at the bargaining table.
Encouraging and educating non-members as to the importance of collectivism and membership in the realm of enterprise bargaining will also provide us with a greater collective voice and power.
The first meeting details are as follows:
This meeting will be a forum to discuss concerns and wishes regarding our Log of Claims, as well as an opportunity to ask questions of CPSU NSW Staff and your delegates.
We encourage all members to come along and be a part of collective efforts to improve working conditions and pay for all University Professional Staff.
And remember – United we bargain, divided we beg!
