Thanks are due to the many PSA members who voted, and showed such enthusiasm to participate and act as part of your union.
The results have been sent to Fair Work, which will make an Order protecting the right for our members to take any of the above actions.
There is another bargaining meeting scheduled for Thursday 7 April. Your TAFE State Delegates Council will meet to discuss TAFE’s reaction and next steps following this meeting.
TAFENSW have so far refused to walk away from their proposal to slash your working conditions, a proposal which staff overwhelmingly rejected in September 2015. Our members have now sent a strong message that we are prepared to take any or all of the above actions if TAFE continues the attack on your working conditions.
The PSA will update members with the outcomes of the next bargaining meeting, and details of any Protected Industrial Action.
Only PSA members are protected when taking the above industrial action. Join today in order to participate in the campaign to protect your working conditions.
