Macquarie Enterprise Bargaining Update 3 August 2014 (PDF version)
All Staff Listening
Your current Macquarie University Enterprise Agreement expires this year on 30 September 2014.
This means that your pay and working conditions (including all leave entitlements, workload clauses and restructure processes) will soon be up for negotiation.
Your union, the CPSU/PSA has been holding workplace discussion groups, or “Listenings”, in order for staff to share your most important needs and concerns in regards to your working conditions. The next Listening is scheduled for:
Wednesday 13 August
W5A-203
1:00pm – 2:00pm
This Listening will be open to non-members as well as members
Take the opportunity to make sure your pay and conditions meet your expectations and participate in our Listenings. Whilst ALL staff will benefit from the CPSU/PSA bargained Enterprise Agreement, only members can decide on EXACTLY what the union bargains for.

If you are not a member, join today. Only members may vote on exactly what the CPSU/PSA bargain for ALL Professional Staff.
Listenings

The feedback we receive from the Listenings will inform the development of our claims for Enterprise Bargaining.
The meeting will be for one hour during lunch.
The following three questions will guide each Listening:
