Application regarding information on the “Efficiency Dividend and or the Labour Expenses Cap” for NSW government agency to the Treasury

As of 23 April 2013 the amended GIPA application to read as follows:

  1. The Allocation letters and relevant attachments relating to the Labour Expenses Cap and Efficiency Dividend sent in 2012 to the Department of Finance & Services (cluster).
  2. All Road Maps in relation to saving measures to meet the Efficiency Dividend and/or the Labour Expenses Cap for the Department of Finance & Services (cluster).

Currently the PSA is in negotiations with Treasury regarding the scope of the GIPA Application (20 March 2013).
